Introduction of mixer, batcher

   Hongda mixer, with reasonable design, excellent performance, easy maintenance, is used in big, medium, small industrial and civilian construction company. It can mix dry, hard, liquid concrete, light aggregate and sand slurry.

   Hongda batcher is one dosing equipment matched with mixer. The mechanical loader load material and belt conveyor feed material. The weighing system use electric weighing, dosing meter control, numeral show. According to user's design, it can finish sand, stone, cement dosing process. It has characteristic such as exact weighing, high precision, quick speed, easy operation, etc.

Series of mixer

•  JZC series mixer, equipped with two cone-shaped output parts, reverse rotation for material output, self-falling mixing model, using overturning skip load material, and agitator is driven by gear ring.

•  JZM series mixer, equipped with two cone-shaped output parts, reverse rotation for material output, self-falling mixing model, low noise, and agitator has long operation life.

•  JS series mixer, equipped with two lying axles, compelling mixing, using lifting bucket load material. To avoid of bearing damaging, the bearing is separated from the seal part.

•  Mixing vane and lining plate are made with wear resisting cast iron, and improve the vane, lining plate's operation life. Mixing arm is made with casting steel and ensures its intensity and rigidity. The connection part between mixing arm and shaft can be disassembly, easy repair. Load bracket is equipped with limit switch, ensuring the mixer reliable running.

Concrete batcher series

•  PLD series batcher has two storage buckets. Discharging model includes single direction discharge, two directions discharge, two directions and upright discharge. Weighing model is lever plus single sensor.

•  HP series batcher has three storage buckets. Discharging model includes single direction discharge, two directions discharge, two directions and upright discharge. Weighing model is lever plus single sensor.
